From Sa Pa, we trek, via Y Linh Ho, through beautiful scenery to theBlack H'mong Village of Lao Chai. We spend time looking around the villageand stop for our picnic lunch in here or at an alternative spot.

After lunch, we walk through rice terraces and on local paths to the Zay village of Ta Van. This is the only village in the Sa Pa area where the Zay
people live. We spend time looking around the village. Finally, we head back up the valley to meet with our jeep/motorbikes for the return trip to Sa Pa.
